Help

• If an inmate doesn't come up in the state DOC search, maybe try the federal search. Federal #'s usually are of the form #####-###
• Volunteers can confuse state abbreviations, or mis-copy them. If you can't find an inmate in one state's lookup, try states with close-by abbreviations. I've seen AR and AZ confused as well as IL and IN.
• The package is addressed to New Castle, IN but you can't find someone in the IN database? Try Arizona. Some Arizona prisoners are housed in Indiana.
